Mr. Bennetch's Mathematics Classes
Honors Calculus Course Description

This course begins with a trigonometry review where the students are expected to work in terms of radians with angles, the unit circle, equations and graphing. Following the review, the class will quickly cover assorted Algebra I, II & III topics such as studying the properties of the basic mathematical functions. The study of calculus is introduced by way of limits, which segue into an in-depth look at differential calculus. After differential calculus, the coursework will focus on integral calculus. The course concludes with a comprehensive analysis of exponential and logarithmic functions and their place in elementary calculus.
